Shipping Rates:
There is no need to register with us to determine shipping rates. Simply add the items you are interested in to your cart and click "estimate shipping". The available shipping options and their rates will be displayed. We try to keep our rates very competitive and don't charge an arm & a leg in "handling" charges.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after we receive your order. On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock it will be shipped on the 3rd day after we receive your order. We produce our products ourselves so you don't have to wait for us to make an order with a supplier.
Returns
Please contact us if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Generally, if there is something wrong with your order, then we'll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
